If your system requires an upgrade to a combi system from a normal open vented boiler and copper cylinder system ( conventional with airing cupboard ) the price is an extra £250
If you require a power flush please add an extra £95 for up to 10 radiators, £15 every radiator over the first 10.
(recommended if you have an old system which has cast iron rads or steel pipes, this is highly recommended if the old boiler had a cast iron heat exchanger.)
If you require any bricking up of old balanced flues (square flue terminal) please add an extra £50
If you require any extra making good please add an extra £50. (this means if there is more then just the standard making good around current 5 inch flue hole that new boiler flue is installed in)
If you require more then the standard horizontal flue kit please allow extra cost, i.e. flue extensions, flue bends, flue clips, vertical flue kits etc, (these prices can be found at www.plumbnation.co.uk
If you require a 15mm Mains Water inlet Magnetic Scale Reducer please add an extra £50 (recommended to extend life of plate heat exchanger)
If you require a Central Heating Magnaclean Professional 22mm please add an extra £125 (recommended if have cast iron rads or steel pipes in the system)
If you require additional Radiators to be added to the existing system please allow extra cost, this will need to be assessed on our visit.
If there is not free parking the cost will be added to the job.
